The position requires a high degree of organization, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in fast paced team environment.
Balance multiple priorities and effectively handle challenging situations.
Answers incoming calls, schedule patient appointments, accurate and efficient entry of patient data in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
Prior experience with EMR systems, scheduling, and call center preferred.
Bilingual (preferred, but not required) Flexibility required, however, a typical shift for this position is 8:
00 am- 6:
00 pm, Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday.
