Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating customers - Taking customer orders and relaying them to the kitchen staff - Assisting with food preparation and cooking in the kitchen - Bussing tables and ensuring cleanliness in the dining area - Handling cash transactions and operating the cash register - Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns Skills:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant - Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others Please note that previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the willingness to learn and grow in this position.
