Hourly, based on experience POSITION DESCRIPTION We're looking for a detail minded and customer-oriented individual with at least one year of experience to handle our Pick-Up Office and perform Administrative duties.
You will have the ability to work independently, and as a team member, and possess strong Excel and Word skills and cash handling proficiency.
In the Pick-Up Office, you will use your excellent interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction through the prompt and courteous attention to the needs of the customer in terms of completing the sale, taking payments and answering questions.
Administrative duties will include developing and maintaining various Excel spreadsheets, creating Word documents, data entry, maintaining filing systems and special projects as assigned.
Experience and Skills Required:
Proficiency with computers and solid Excel and Word experience.
Customer service experience required.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Individual must be detail oriented and work well under pressure.
Cash handling proficiency.
