You will work out of our office in Mokena, IL (southwest suburbs of Chicago).
Hours would be 9am-5pm, M, T, Th, F and 10am-6:
30pm on W.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to Inputting data State Aide billing (CCAP) Quickbooks Assigning charges to expense or client accounts Reconciling bank accounts and credit card accounts Track and maintain inventory records Light office work Answering phones and assisting families Schedule changes Knowledgeable about our upcoming events and activities (will train) Our ideal candidate Loves a NO DRAMA workplace where office politics, gossip and negativity aren't tolerated.

Is extremely detail-oriented and appreciates people who take an organized, systematic approach to achieving success.
