Utilizing their experience, the AP Specialist will be responsible for Accounts Payable, some billing in Accounts Receivable, and other Accounting and Administrative Task as requested.
Daily responsibilities include:
Entering and coding Accounts Payable invoices Posting Invoices to Customers Processing Expense Reports Creating payments to Vendors including ACH and Check payments Prepare 1099's at Year-end.
Reconcile Vendor Aging report to General Ledger balance Other Tasks as Assigned Qualities/Traits Required Detail-oriented and organized Ability to meet deadlines Familiarity with accounting software and programs Intermediate Excel Skills Education/Specialized Knowledge/Professional Certifications:
High School diploma with AP experience
