Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive and continuous primary care to patients of all ages, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions and diseases. Develop individualized care plans based on patient's health status, preferences, and goals. Perform routine check-ups and health risk assessments. Coordinate and manage patient care with other healthcare professionals as needed. Maintain a strong focus on prevention and patient education. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in primary care and participate in ongoing professional development. Adhere to all medical ethics and standards. Document patient information, treatment plans, and interventions in patient medical records. Participate in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient care programs.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of a residency in Family Medicine.
