SVP - Commercial Real Estate - Team Lead ( CRE )

As we continue to grow our family, and the areas we serve, we want to know that we are expanding to include diverse, talented, well-rounded and passionate people who will continue to form and solidify the relationships our company prides itself on.   Wintrust Commercial Banking is looking for a dynamic a Division Head - Commercial Real Estate Lender (CRE)to join our team.  The right individual will have a proven track record in lending with 5+years of commercial real estateexperience.  This is an officer level position which requires proficiency in all areas of commercialbanking, superior credit skills, and customer service and negotiations skills as well as significant bank product knowledge. Manage existing commercialloan customer base and develop new business from referral sources and throughcold calling efforts.   Qualifications   Increase the Bank's profitability by cultivating new commercial business relationships Maintain and develop existing portfolio by assessing and meeting client's business and personal needs Negotiate proper loan structure and effectively cross sell products Maintain properly documented files and manage renewals and collection efforts on past dues  and defaulted loans Maintains comprehensive understanding of current on commercial products offered in the market and keeps informed of all relevant industry trends and practices. Experience in attracting, managing, developing a staff to achieve duties and responsibilities outlined above.    Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or related quantitative field.  5-8 years' experience in Commercial Real Estate banking and 3-5 years managing a portfolio of clients.    Desired Skills: Knowledge of federal and state regulations covering commercial banking activities.  Strong analytical ability with effective written and verbal communication skills.  High ethical standards and personal integrity.   1801477

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
